What are the delivery times?
We strive to deliver your order within 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 1-3 business days within Belgium & Germany. Excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that delivery times may vary around holidays, Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather.

How can I track my order?
We work with renowned carriers such as DHL and PostNL, and always provide a tracking number via email.
You will receive:

A confirmation email after placing your order.

An email when your order is handed over to the carrier, including a tracking link to follow your delivery.
How long can I return an item?
You can return an item within 15 days of receipt. The cost of returning the item is at your expense.
Can I return my order in full or partially?
Yes, you have the right to return your entire order or one or more individual products from it, provided the following conditions are met:

The products are unopened, unused and in excellent condition.

The original packaging is undamaged and the clear, heat-sealed plastic wrap is intact and unopened.
What are the return costs and how does the refund work?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.
If your return is approved, the following return shipping costs will apply:

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
How do I send a return?
To return a product, follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at contact@orientluxe.nl and request a return form.

Complete the return form and include it with your return shipment.

Please pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Confirm the return address on the package and hand it over to a courier service.

Please keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
