We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your location.

What are the delivery times?

We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days within the Netherlands and Belgium, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Within Germany, 1-3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary around holidays, Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather.

Delivery times:

Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
Belgium: 1 to 2 working days
Germany: 1 to 3 working days

How can I track my order?

We work with renowned carriers such as DHL and PostNL, and always provide a tracking number via email.

You will receive:

A confirmation email after placing your order.
An email when your order is handed over to the carrier, including a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The products are unopened and unused.
The original seal (plastic film) is completely intact.
The products are in original condition

Once a product has been opened or the seal broken, it can no longer be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

When can I file a complaint?

Has your order been damaged, incomplete, or delivered incorrectly? Please contact us within 48 hours at contact@orientluxe.nl with photos of the problem.

Return costs and refund

Return costs are at your own expense. In the event of an error on our part (damaged/wrong product), we will cover the return costs.

If the return is approved, the return costs are as follows:

Return costs Netherlands: €6.99
Return costs Germany: €9.99
Return costs Belgium: €9.99

As soon as we have received the returned product in its original condition, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.

How do I send a return?

Follow these steps to return a product:

Fill out the form and add it to your shipment.

Report damage, missing or incorrect products within 48 hours.
Taste is personal and does not constitute a valid reason for return once the product has been opened.
